Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Operations Manager to join our equally talented and driven team.

The Position

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a senior level role that encompasses several critical duties. As a member of our leadership group, you will lead a cross-functional team. You are a transformational leader who is known for getting the best out of your staff without micromanaging as a tool. You treat your staff as equals who are empowered to take our organization to the next level.

From the standpoint of managing relationships with our suppliers, you will negotiate terms on credits, address warranty issues, and ensure that our robotics and service teams are delivering what our customers need. This position requires a combination of high detail orientation and inspirational leadership. Are you the one?

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a service oriented company with exposure to negotiating with suppliers and addressing warranty issues
• Exceptionally strong leadership skills (you are a visionary and are known to help staff get to the next level)
• Ideally, you have some interest in mechanical parts or have some mechanical acumen
• You are tech savvy and use technology to your advantage
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to shift your attention from one task to another without dropping the ball

Pay: $82,910.00-$89,617.00 per year
